When you use VoiceQuote we collect: your email address and password (hashed), business profile information, quote data, and voice recordings (processed for transcription then discarded).
Your data is used solely to provide the Service — generating quotes, storing your history, and sending quotes to your clients on your behalf. We do not sell your data.
Voice recordings are sent to Groq for transcription. Job descriptions are processed by AI to generate structured quotes. These services process your data as sub-processors under our instructions.
Your data is stored securely. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.
When you send quotes to clients, their email address and name are stored in your account. Client-facing quote pages are accessible via unique tokens.
We use a single httpOnly session cookie for authentication. No tracking cookies are used.
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. To delete your account, contact us at the email below.
